[티티엘뉴스] 베트남 외무부 영사국은 지난 금요일(2월21일), 한국이 발표한 신종코로나바이러스 감염지역으로 베트남 자국민의 여행자제를 권고 했다.

베트남 정부 포털에 따르면 'COVID-19 감염이 증가한 가운데 한국인 베트남 여행에 대한 조언' (Travel advices for Vietnamese in RoK amid rising COVID-19 infections) 이라는 기사를 통해 '베트남 시민들은 한국의 관할 당국이 발표 한 신종 코로나바이러스 (COVID-19) 지역으로 여행해서는 안된다(should not travel)'고 금요일 베트남 외무부 영사국이 밝혔다. 베트남 정부는 법적으로 금지라는 표현은 하지 않았지만 완곡하게 여행을 자제하라는 표현으로 한국 내 신종 코로나바이러스 발생지 여행 및 방문 자제를 권고했다. 결국 이 빌표는 한국 내 신종코로나바이러스 (COVID-19)가 전국적으로 확대되는 가운데 베트남 국민들을 대상 한국 여행 자제로 해석될 수 있는 부분이다.

베트남 현지여행사 관계자에 따르면 "이번 발표로 한국-베트남 간 항공편 감편과 운휴 등의 이유까지 겹쳐 베트남여행객 대상 인바운드 시장이 크게 위축될 것"이라고 밝혔다.

Vietnamese citizens should not travel to the new coronavirus (COVID-19) affected areas announced by the competent authorities of the Republic of Korea, said the Foreign Ministry’s Consular Department on Friday.

The latest move was made after the RoK reported 100 more new cases as of 4 p.m., the same day, bringing the total number of infections in the Northeast Asian nation to 204.

Vietnamese people in the RoK should regularly update and follow instructions provided by the host country’s authorities to keep them safe.

The Embassy of Viet Nam in Seoul has published a hotline to provide necessary support and assistance for the Vietnamese community in the RoK, according to the Consular Department.

The Vietnamese nationals in the RoK can also contact citizen protection switchboard in Viet Nam.

As part of drastic measures to contain the spread of the virus, the Seoul city government on Friday said it will ban rallies at three major public squares in the city center and close down Shincheonji churches in the capital, reported Yonhap News Agency.

한편 한국에 주재하는 베트남 국민은 코로나19 감염 예방을 위해 한국 정부의 안내를 주시하면서 지시를 잘 따라야 하며, 한국 주재 베트남 대사관은 자국민을 지원하기 위해 핫라인을 구축했다.
